Unite lo yogurt, il grana grattuggiato, i tuorli, un cucchiaino di zenzero, una grattuggiata abbondante di noce moscata, un pizzico di sale e una manciata di pepe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Unite gli albumi montati a neve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Disponete la pasta in una tortiera rotonda e bucherellate il fondo, versatevi l'impasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Infornate a 200 gradi per 45 minuti (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; Scuoteteli per eliminare quella in eccesso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Scaldate in una padella l'olio e il burro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Unite il pollo e fatelo rosolare. Questa ricetta l'ho presa dal numero appena uscito in edicola di "Cucina Moderna".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Questa è la prima che mi è saltata all'occhio nello sfogliare la rivista.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_KqHQr_Bc34s/RlRu6OmgDvI/AAAAAAAAAK0/ELSYTaWF7b8/s1600-h/rotolino-di-peperone.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_KqHQr_Bc34s/RlRu6OmgDvI/AAAAAAAAAK0/ELSYTaWF7b8/s320/rotolino-di-peperone.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5067797427329699570" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Per gli involtini vi serviranno:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4 grossi peperoni rossi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4 fette di prosciutto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;200 gr di mozzarella in rotolo ( io ho usato una normale mozzarella "tonda" tagliata a fettine sottili)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 uova sode&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 foglie di basilico&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;80 gr di emmentaler&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;pangrattato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;40 gr di parmigiano reggiano grattuggiato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;olio extravergine di oliva&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Cuocete i peperoni interi in forno a 180 gradi per 30 minuti (anche 40). A metà cottura versate sui peperoni un mestolo d'acqua, servirà a far togliere più facilmente la pelle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Spellateli e apriteli in modo da ottenere un rettangolo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Sgusciate le uova e tagliateli a dadini.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Tagliate la mozzarella.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Mettete un rettangolo di mozzarella su ciascuna striscia di peperone, coprite con una fetta di prosciutto, quindi con parte dell'uovo sodo, l'emmentaler grattuggiato e il parmigiano e le foglie di basilico spezzettato.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arrotolate i peperoni e fermate gli involtini con uno stuzzicadente.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Cospargeteli di pangrattato e irrorate con un filo d'olio, dopo averli sistemati  su una pirofila coperta di cartaforno.&lt;/span&gt; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;" Spiedini di gamberi e cozze":&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per 4 persone:&lt;br /&gt;24 code di gambero cotte e sgusciate&lt;br /&gt;una quarantina di cozze&lt;br /&gt;8 piccole patate novelle&lt;br /&gt;50 gr di grissini&lt;br /&gt;mezzo spicchio d'aglio&lt;br /&gt;un mazzetto di prezzemolo&lt;br /&gt;2 cucchiai di semi di sesamo&lt;br /&gt;olio, sale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_KqHQr_Bc34s/Riefa61YRGI/AAAAAAAAAIE/BOhLu6tzkWA/s1600-h/spiedinicucina-moderna.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;siccome il vostro pescivendolo ve ne venderà sicuramente qualcuna in più: fatele saltare con aglio e olio, la ricetta non ne risentirà e voi potrete gustarvi le cozze che non andranno nello spiedino!&lt;/span&gt;) , scolatele e sgusciatele.&lt;br /&gt;Mettete a bagno gli spiedini di legno per mezz'ora in acqua fredda così non si bruceranno durante la cottura.&lt;br /&gt;Intanto sbucciate le patate , tagliatele a metà e cuocetele a vapore per una decina di minuti.&lt;br /&gt;Preparate gli spiedini, alternando gamberi, patate e cozze.&lt;br /&gt;Tritate nel mixer i grissini con l'aglio e il prezzemolo, mescolate i semi di sesamo e un pizzico di sale e pepe; color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-family: verdana;"&gt;peperone rosso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;uno giallo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; e tagliateli a listarelle sottili. Tagliate a cubettini abbastanza piccoli  anche un pezzetto di sedano e una cipolla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Mettete in una pirofila i filetti di merluzzo (sceglieteli abbastanza spessi!) irrorateli con un pò d'olio d'oliva e due/tre cucchiai di sugo di pomodoro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Copriteli con le verdure a cui aggiungerete anche &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-family: verdana;"&gt;una manciata di capperi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Salate, pepate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; Scaldate il forno a 180 gradi e infornate il merluzzo per 15 minuti, poi coprite con dell' alluminio e lasciate cuocere ancora 10 minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Veloci e gustosi. e spacciarvela per una prelibatezza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Ma siccome vi voglio bene e sopratutto perchè mi è capito più volte di buttare nella pattumiera preziosi  ingredienti, in seguito alla sperimentazioni di  blog-ricette spacciate per autentiche meraviglie, ma in realtà risultate poi delle cose immangiabili, vi dico :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:180%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; Setacciate la farina con il sale. Mettete la banana nel mixer con la buccia di limone e il succo e frullate il tutto. Sciogliete il lievito in due cucchiai di latte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;In un'altra ciotola lavorate a crema il burro con lo zucchero. Aggiungete una alla volta le uova, poi la banana frullata e poco alla volta la farina, alternandola al latte rimasto. Infine aggiungete il lievito e mescolate bene. Versate a filo il latte e mescolate bene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Versate il caramello sul fondo degli stampini e versatevi il composto. Mettete gli stampini in una teglia da forno riempita a metà di acqua già calda. float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger/2374/1853/320/401654/garganelli.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;DA CUCINA MODERNA DI FEBBRAIO 2007:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Per 4 persone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;250 gr di garganelli all'uovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;400 gr di broccoletti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;200 gr di gamberi sgusciati (io ho usato piccole mazzancolle)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;1 spicchio d'aglio intero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;un cucchiaino di semi di sesamo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;60 gr di burro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;sale e pepe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Lavate i broccoletti e tagliateli a piccole cimette. Metteteli in acqua fredda e salata. Quando l'acqua comincerà a bollire, unite anche i garganelli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Nel frattempo fate tostare in una padellina antiaderente i semi di sesamo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-family:verdana;" &gt;In un altra padella fate imbiondire l'aglio intero in metà del burro necessario.
